How to purchase Dermaviduals?

To access our Dermaviduals stock online, you will need to create a log in to access this. Once you create your log in, you will be able to continue shopping and add any other brands along with your Dermaviduals order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We do our mailouts on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Standard shipping is usually 3-5 business days. Express is 1-2 business days. International shipping can be up to 10-15 business days.
